Built for Larger Lawns and Heavier Work
The 18" Gas Lawn Dethatcher & Scarifier is built for homeowners and property owners who need more machine β more cutting width, more power delivery, and more versatility for demanding lawn conditions. Powered by a 212cc 4-stroke 7 HP engine, it covers an 18-inch working width per pass, making it the faster and more capable choice for larger yards and properties across Canada.
Two Machines in One
This unit ships with both a standard dethatcher attachment and a standard scarifier attachment, giving you two tools in one machine. Use the dethatcher for routine spring and fall maintenance to lift and remove surface thatch, or switch to the scarifier blades for a deeper cut when your lawn needs more aggressive treatment. Optional heavy-duty dethatcher and scarifier attachments are available separately for even more demanding conditions.
4-Speed Transmission for Full Control
Unlike the 16" model, the 18" steps up with a 4-speed transmission giving you full control over ground speed to match your pace, terrain, and lawn conditions. Whether you're working a flat open yard or navigating uneven ground, you can dial in the right speed for a consistent, thorough pass every time.
212cc Gas Engine β No Batteries, No Limits
The 4-stroke 212cc engine delivers consistent 7 HP power throughout the job. No charging, no cords, no power limitations mid-lawn β just reliable gas-powered performance every time you need it.
Adjustable for Any Operator
Adjustable handles and multiple depth settings let you adapt the machine to your height and your lawn's specific needs. Whether you're doing a light maintenance pass or going deep on a neglected lawn, the depth adjustment gives you control over how aggressively the machine works.
What's Included
Every unit ships with a standard dethatcher attachment and a standard scarifier attachment β everything you need to get started right out of the box. Optional heavy-duty versions of both attachments are available separately for more demanding use.
Ideal Applications
Large residential lawns, acreage and hobby farm properties, recovering heavily thatched or moss-covered lawns, prepping large areas before overseeding, and anyone who wants a machine built to handle heavier workloads season after season.
