Once your order is approved and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery or pickup.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

• You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Include your order number
• Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

Missed Deliveries / Unclaimed Shipments

Customers are responsible for:

• Being available for delivery
• Picking up orders from freight terminals

Failure to do so may result in:

• Storage fees
• Redelivery charges

These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before shipping only
• A 3% processing fee (minimum $35) will apply
