This machine ships with both a dethatcher bar and scarifier bar, giving you two tools in one. Use the dethatcher tines for routine spring and fall maintenance to lift and remove surface thatch, or switch to the scarifier blades for a deeper cut when your lawn needs more aggressive treatment.
